Trademarks

Internet Policy Consultants highly recommends you trademark your product or service, especially if you have registered it as a domain name. Current domain name dispute policies give clear advantage to trademark holders. Although Internet Policy Consultants strongly disagree with these policies, we recommend obtaining a trademark at your earliest opportunity to protect your rights. For further information on how to help change these policies, go to the Domain Name Rights Coalition web page.

Internet Policy Consultants can assist you with your trademark work. Please note that the US Patent and Trademark Office charges $325.00 per class that you wish to register your trademark in. Internet Policy Consultants does trademark work at 275.00 per hour.

If you would like to register your trademark or have any other type of trademark work you need, fill out the following form, which will be emailed to us. Please *ALSO* print out the completed form and fax it to us at (703) 759.9198. We will then review the information and discuss it with you. Please be aware that it can take the Patent and Trademark office 12 to 18 months or more to issue your trademark. NOTE: A trademark application does not guarantee acceptance by the US Patent and Trademark Office. Additional paperwork may have to be filed. Your mileage may vary. Consult our trademark attorney for details. Remove the "nospam" before sending
